The Lions Club Branch Chairman to present Richard Dunne with the February player of the month award sponsored by Thomas Cook Sport will be Matthew Weston from Wolverhampton University Lions.
Matthew will meet Richard before the home game with Wolves on Saturday March 20th and do the honours on behalf of the Lions club Chairman.

Richard Dunne has been voted Thomas Cook Sport player of the month for February 2010.
Richard took 27% of the votes to take the monthly award for the second time this season, followed by James Milner who came second for the month with 17% and Stan Petrov in third place with 14% as voted by fans on this website.
The award will be presented to Richard at our next home game which will now be the local derby with Wolverhampton Wanderers due to our involvement in the FA Cup quarter Finals resulting in the Sunderland home game on March 6th having to be rescheduled for later in the season.
This month the presentation will be made by a Lions Club Chairperson which will be announced later this week after the draw has been made.
